At GADGET GRIDX LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within the eligible period, subject to the conditions described in this policy.

This policy applies exclusively to orders placed by customers located within the United States. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for international orders.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

✅ Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date if they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

Return Process

Returning an item is straightforward. Follow these steps to initiate your return:

Contact Customer Support

Email us at support@gadgetgridx.store or call +1 (575) 240-6853 within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.

Receive Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2–3 business days.

Ship the Item Back

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the return address provided. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email.

⚠️ Important: Do not send returns without first receiving an RMA number from our team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

Refund Details

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

💳 Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit to your account (typically 3–5 business days).

Partial Refunds: In some situations, a partial refund may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Non-Refundable Situations:

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
• Digital products or downloadable software
• Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

Product Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if the wrong item was delivered. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, contact us at support@gadgetgridx.store with your order details and photos of the issue.

For a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
